What makes vacuum cooking different?

Instead of high-heat deep frying, NeoKrisp uses low-temperature vacuum cooking to lock in natural colour, crunch and nutrients – with less oil and no greasy after-feel.

    Chips are cooked at lower temperatures in a vacuum environment to protect natural colour, crunch and nutrition.
