Refund & Replacement Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our products are food items, they are non-returnable, except under the conditions stated below.

1. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

A refund or replacement is only applicable when:
● Product is damaged
● Product is defective
● Wrong item received
● Package is tampered

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order with:
● Order ID
● Images of the product & packaging
● Description of the issue

2. Non-Eligible Cases

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:
● Opened packets
● Taste preference issues
● Improper storage after delivery
● Products damaged after opening
● Claims made after 48 hours

3. Refund Process

Once your claim is verified:
● Refund will be processed to your original payment method
● Or a replacement will be shipped

Refund timelines: 5–7 working days.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
If already shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
